Instructions for Authors
Please adhere to the following general guidelines:
- Download the file
example.tex
to prepare your contribution to
the proceedings volume. You may use additional latex packages not
specified in this file if you like, but do not forget to send them
together with your submission so we can be sure to be able to latex
your paper locally. Do not change any of the specifications
we have already given in example.tex except for title
and author. In
particular, the font specifications must remain exactly as given.
- Download
natbib.fullname.bst
for the bibliography.
- Your contribution should not exceed 20 pages, including the bibliography
and figures. The title page created by example.tex
for each individual paper does not count.
- Assign a unique name to your tex file (and thus to your ultimate
pdf file). The last name(s) of the authors
(or a suitable abbreviation thereof) would be a good choice.
- Submit a tarred and compressed directory comprising
- a PDF version of your contribution, generated from the source file
(ideally this is the only file which we really need to create
the proceedings volume),
- the tex source of your contribution,
- all additional packages needed to create the PDF file from your
tex source
(the sources and the tex file we only need in case there are
technical problems
with including your contribution in the volume. We will only use
them to try to figure out what's wrong, but you might have to fix
the problems yourself unless they are very trivial).
- For additional help with the latex source file and the creation of
the pdf document from the latex source you might want to consult
Stefan Müller's guidelines for the authors
of the 2004 HPSG workshop in Leuven.
We would like to thank
Stefan for sharing with us all the materials he created for producing his
proceedings volume, which we shamelessly adapted for our
purposes.
- Submission deadline: May 18th
